“For me, it has less anxiety and stress about knowing they are getting solved. Identifying problems in business has allowed for less anxiety and stress in personal life. Allows for people to be more present in your personal life when you’re having less of these problems which typically affects other leaders. We uncovered certain personal stressors that needed accountability and actions; Sometimes personal problems created more stress in professional life and worried about them during business. One example was having conversation around asking Mom to nanny kids. Accountability standpoint was helpful to have dates and deadlines.”
