I am a Jamaican immigrant, former collegiate athlete, high achiever, and passionate about others’ growth.

I graduated from Yale University with an American Studies degree and have worked in real estate, software sales and magnetism coaching. I’m also President of the Yale Alumni Club of Tampa Bay.

I believe in the power of a good story. I have been through many ups and downs myself, but I always find a way to bounce back stronger than before. My goal is to help you create your path and enjoy your journey in a flow state.

Magnetism occurs when you manage your ego and who you are, what you say, and what you do are aligned. Starting with awareness, then layering curiosity, and having a bias towards action will provide the momentum towards your ideal life.
